Mo-Sys Lambda remote heads are widely used for their high payload capabilities and precision movements. A staple on many feature film production sets over the last decade, the Mo-Sys Lambda head offers strength and versatility to filmmakers.

The Lambda has a simple and intuitive interface that makes adjusting settings a breeze. Its user-friendly touchscreen gives operators the ability to easily change settings and program repeatable pan and tilt movements. The head can move a max payload of 110 pounds.

• Underslung, the minimum height is 26.5”, the maximum length is 34.5”, with a width of 21.5”.

• Overslung, the minimum height is 22.5” and the maximum length is 29.5”, with a width of 21.5”.

The Mo-Sys Lambda can create shots without the inconvenience of latency. The Lambda utilizes powerful motors and digital encoders, which provide camera operators the instantaneous feel and responsive control with backpan compensation (on request). Plus, the Mo-Sys Lamda heads’ advanced slip-ring technology allows the head to rotate in a continuous 360-degree rotation while having the precision and accuracy to one-millionth of a rotation (1/3000th of a degree).

The Mo-Sys Lambda is a 2-axis remote head that can effortlessly upgrade to a 3-axis (360-degree roll) model using the Mo-Sys 3rd Axis roll ring accessory.
