The Taurus Mobile Technocrane Vehicle (MTV) is a 4x4 all-terrain mobile base designed to increase the ability to use large cranes while saving on additional labor and costing a fraction of the time. They are built to carry large camera cranes and are vital when shooting in rough terrain and off-road locations.
This mobile base has a large payload that safely accommodates all of our camera cranes up to 50’. The Taurus is equipped with a four-wheel-drive, independent suspension, and constant hydraulic power, allowing the operator to run the hydraulic system while driving. This is especially useful when traveling over rough terrain. You will have no trouble positioning this mobile base to your desired level due to its four corner hydraulic stabilizing jacks and hydraulic column leveling system. The Taurus MTV is 13’8” in length, 6’6” inches wide, and 4’3” tall with a base weight of 6,000 pounds.
