Equipment Description
The SuperTechnocrane 50’ is widely used in the film industry and television production. As one of the longest telescoping cranes in the world, this crane can help your creativity reach new heights.
The maximum lens height of the SuperTechno 50’ crane is 50’, with a telescopic range of 38’, extending and retracting as fast as 6’5” per second. The overall arm length extended is 60’6”, and when retracted, the overall length of the arm is just under 25ft when fully retracted. For a crane with such a long arm extension, the crane base is impressively compact and able to fit through a standard double doorway with a door clearance of 7’. The motorized center post with 3’ of extension allows the crane to fit through any standard doorway but rises to over 10’ tall when in use.
The fully encoded features allow for precision visual effects by allowing filmmakers to live stream or pre-record the crane’s movements. This long-armed crane has a maximum lens height of 50’ , which means you can put the camera anywhere within a 100’ radius without ever moving the chassis. The SuperTechno 50’ Plus model offers additional targeting functionality when combined with a Z-Head.
Effectively capture shots at varying heights without interruptions with the SuperTechno 50’ crane. One of the many attractive features of the 50 is the quick setup time for such a large crane. The camera crew will appreciate how fast they can start filming the big production value shots that this telescopic crane creates. The SuperTechno 50’ is the ultimate tool for those who want to achieve complex crane movements at the highest of heights.
