Equipment Description

The Scorpio 23’ crane provides high-speed, smooth, and silent camera movement through its beautifully engineered telescopic arm. The articulating arm and base can be wheeled through any typical doorway, making it the perfect candidate for filming fluid movement in tight spaces.

The Scorpio 23’s arm has incredible maneuvering qualities and a maximum reach of 23 feet. In addition, the Scorpio’s aluminum extension arm offers rigid structure and smooth camera movements.

The maximum lens height is 26’2” overslung with a telescoping range of 18’, extending and retracting as fast as 5’10” per second. The base width can adjust from 2’6” to 5’11” with a minimum door clearance of 6’6”. The overall extended arm length is 30’.

Consistent with the rest of the Scorpio telescoping cranes, this 23 footer is programmed with an automatic arc compensator in both the horizontal and vertical axis. The Scorpio 23 crane can easily maneuver in difficult locationswhen paired with the double-ended steering base. Let your imagination come to life through the Scorpio 23 crane, and allow this telescopic crane to bring exciting perspectives and unique angles to your next project.
